Lots of ‘once in a lifetime’
memories including camping on the beach in Boderee National
Park and swimming at Hyams Beach, the world’s whitest
sand beach. Last year wild dolphins came right close to shore
and swam with our guests. Awesome!
One morning we get up before dawn and sit
high up on rugged ocean cliffs to watch the sunrise. There’s
a private wildlife tour so you can get up close and personal
with the native koala’s and kangaroos.
Go deep into the valley at Wentworth
Falls in the spectacular Blue Mountains, visit Hillsong, ride
a horse in the Australian bush, take in the sunset from a
mountain top lookout followed by time around the campfire
and a night sky you have to see to believe.

Each year, a small group of amazing young people from all over the world live here and serve as Interns in our 18 week discipling and mentoring program.
They receive accredited training in Christian Ministry as well as the opportunity to train and ride horses, form a worship band and participate in outdoor projects
around the site. The Interns also work with the youth in local high schools and church groups.
Taste of Australia is our interns major initiative for the 2nd semester. They’ll be serving and running all aspects of the tour as well as facilitating daily small groups and devotional times along with our leaders and mentors.
Internships begin in January and August each year!!
